Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs to support the professional development and continuous learning of employees
  • Develop training programs and instructional resources to meet organizational needs
  • Assess training and development needs through job shadowing, interviews, and consultation with managers
  • Create training materials and instructional content
  • Oversee the delivery of training programs, both in-person and online
  • Facilitate leadership development courses for field and office, adapting delivery depending on audience
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments
  • Collaborate with department heads and leadership team to align training programs and leadership development strategies with organizational goals
  • Ensure compliance with relevant training standards and regulations
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and training technologies
  • Monitor and report on training outcomes and employee progress

Essential Education and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Organizational Development, HR, or Learning and Development, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in training and development
  • Experience in curriculum development and instructional design

Pay Range: $75,000-$95,000
