Job description

Human Resources (HR) Compensation Consultant: Perform design, development, implementation, administration, and management of all non-executive total rewards programs including compensation, performance management, and rewards; manage ongoing market studies and total rewards programs including success sharing, merit, nursing step, nursing advancement, and total compensation statements; partner with HR leaders, vendors, and generalists across multiple entities to ensure excellence in execution, consistency in standards application, and to obtain feedback to further develop total rewards programs including base pay, differentials, on-call, incentives, and recognition programs; define problems within each pay program's development and implementation, collect and analyze data both locally and nationally, and provide recommendations on all total rewards program changes; interpret data pertaining to job roles and responsibilities based on multifactor analysis and provide solutions on equitable and market competitive total salary solutions; participate in technological project updates along with HR Operations and Talent to improve quality of total rewards and compensation programs implementation.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related field.
Work Experience Requirements: Five (5) years of progressive professional work experience in human resources including experience with compensation programs development and management, managing internal compensation clients, HRIS tools and compensation systems including compensation calculations and data validation processes, market pricing analysis and utilizing survey databases, pay equity analysis, and compensation-related compliance activities including monitoring and administering pay practices.
