It's a collaborative environment where your organizational and people skills will be put to use and further developed.

What is an HR apprenticeship?

An HR apprenticeship is a structured training program that combines on-the-job experience with classroom learning to prepare individuals for a career in human resources. Apprentices work alongside HR professionals, gaining practical skills in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and other HR functions, while also studying towards a recognized qualification. This pathway is ideal for those looking to start their HR careers without prior experience or a university degree, as it allows learning while earning. Apprenticeships typically last between one and three years, depending on the program and level.
