  • Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to inform decision-making
  • Partner with the HR Field team and COEs to validate and interpret data

Strategic & Operational Support
  • Assist in creating materials tied to Leadership Scorecards, KPIs, and P&L impact
  • Coordinate inputs across HR functions (HRBPs, COEs, Shared Services) to ensure alignment
  • Help document current-state processes and identify gaps or improvement opportunities

Project & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Provide administrative and project support for key HR initiatives and transformation efforts
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and follow-ups across stakeholders
  • Prepare briefing materials, summaries, and executive communications

Requirements/Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Analytics, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 3-6+ years of experience in HR, business operations, consulting, or administrative roles with strategic exposure
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint (required) and strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to work with data and translate it into insights and presentations
  • Strong attention to detail with a high bar for quality and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information

Annual Pay Range: $75-85k
A generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with match
