Primary Responsibilities
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize ADP Workforce and integrated applications.
  • Implement system updates and enhancements to support business needs and compliance requirements.
  • Design, develop, and maintain workflows and business processes.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support HR operations and decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, data discrepancies, and user-reported concerns.
  • Manage data imports, exports, and validation processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support integrations between HR systems and external applications.
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.

Qualifications
  • Associates degree in HR, Information Technology, Business field is required. Non-degree considered if 6+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
  • Knowledge of HR processes and business operations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookup functions, and data analysis.
  • Experience with system configuration, workflows, and reporting
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • 2+ years experience with ADP Workforce or other HR systems
  • Preferred experience with SQL, data integrations, Power BI (or similar reporting tools), and secure file transfer technologies (SFTP).
