Job description

ClearView Healthcare Management is seeking an Office Assistant!

This job is on-site at our home office, 40 hours a week. 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, M-F. 

Responsibilities

  • Administrative daily tasks such as filling paper in printers, stamping envelopes, packing shipments & envelopes, stocktaking of office supplies & kitchenette supplies.

  • Gathering permits/ licenses from/for centers. Maintaining projects for permit/ license renewals.

  • Assisting in documentation collection for insurance recredentialing.

  • Auditing and ordering center staff uniforms.

  • Printing name badges.

  • Assisting in center user IT audits, email distribution list audits, and user IT account set-ups & terminations.

  • Assisting in the planning of corporate/regional team meetings, catered meals, and travel arrangements.

  • Coordinating regional and center gifting orders for holidays, meetings, award ceremonies, Bucketlist rewards, etc.

  • Working on tasks and projects assigned by the Office Manager.

 Qualifications

  • Must demonstrate advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Must be meticulous with details.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and strong organizational skills.

  • Have the ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
