ClearView Healthcare Management is seeking an Office Assistant!
This job is on-site at our home office, 40 hours a week. 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, M-F.Â
Responsibilities
Administrative daily tasks such as filling paper in printers, stamping envelopes, packing shipments & envelopes, stocktaking of office supplies & kitchenette supplies.
Gathering permits/ licenses from/for centers. Maintaining projects for permit/ license renewals.
Assisting in documentation collection for insurance recredentialing.
Auditing and ordering center staff uniforms.
Printing name badges.
Assisting in center user IT audits, email distribution list audits, and user IT account set-ups & terminations.
Assisting in the planning of corporate/regional team meetings, catered meals, and travel arrangements.
Coordinating regional and center gifting orders for holidays, meetings, award ceremonies, Bucketlist rewards, etc.
Working on tasks and projects assigned by the Office Manager.
 Qualifications
Must demonstrate advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Must be meticulous with details.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and strong organizational skills.
Have the ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
