We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at The Palace Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating
• Take and record patient vital signs, lift, move, and transport residents using proper body mechanics
• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to nurse management
• Communicate and interact effectively with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors
• Report abnormal changes or patterns to the nursing staff
• Demonstrate ability to assist the nurse with various duties as directed

Qualifications:

• Current state certification as a CNA
• Knowledge of MatrixCare preferred
