Business Development Manager (BDM) - HP Dimension with Google Beam

Description -

Job Summary

HP is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive market expansion and business growth for HP Dimension with Google Beam, HP's groundbreaking immersive 3D collaboration solution.

This role will be responsible for developing demand, generating qualified opportunities, enabling sales teams, coordinating ecosystem partners, and representing HP in customer and industry engagements. The successful candidate will serve as the voice of the market while helping shape the future growth strategy of HP's immersive collaboration portfolio.

The ideal candidate combines business development expertise, executive presence, channel experience, strategic thinking, and a passion for emerging collaboration technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Market Development & Demand Generation

  • Drive market adoption and commercial success of HP Dimension within assigned geography.

  • Identify target accounts and high-value opportunities.

  • Develop and execute market-specific business development plans.

  • Build awareness among customers, partners, consultants and influencers.

  • Accelerate pipeline generation and opportunity progression.

  • Support achievement of market revenue and growth objectives.

Product Evangelism

  • Serve as the HP Dimension market evangelist.

  • Present HP Dimension vision, value proposition, and business outcomes to:

    • Enterprise customers

    • Executive decision makers

    • Industry analysts

    • Consultants

    • Strategic partners

  • Represent HP at:

    • Customer events

    • Industry conferences

    • Partner forums

Demonstration & Customer Experience Management

  • Coordinate HP Dimension demonstrations and executive briefings.

  • Support proof-of-concepts and pilot deployments.

  • Ensure exceptional first-customer experiences.

  • Capture customer feedback and success stories.

Sales Enablement

  • Develop and deliver sales training programs.

  • Enable:

  • Create localized sales tools and messaging.

  • Improve seller confidence in positioning HP Dimension.

Channel Development

  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic channel partners.
