About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Programmer Analyst to provide technical leadership, application development expertise, and project coordination for critical business systems and client solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep COBOL development expertise, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of leading complex software development initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Solution Development
  • Design, develop, and implement system enhancements, modifications, and new application functionality to support business and client objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership for assigned projects and implementations, guiding development teams through all phases of delivery.
  • Develop and review technical designs, program specifications, and system documentation.
  • Assist with coding, testing, debugging, and implementation activities to ensure project success and on-time delivery.
