Storm season is here—are you ready to capitalize? Heritage Roofing & Construction is looking for ambitious individuals to join our team as Roofing Restoration Specialists. When the storms hit, our phones ring—but our biggest opportunities come from getting out into the field and meeting homeowners face-to-face.

This is a door-to-door, in-the-field sales/project management role where you’ll connect with storm-affected homeowners, help them navigate the insurance process, and restore their homes. Your Role in the Field
You are the face of Heritage. This is a hands-on, door-to-door role where you’re not just selling—you’re solving problems for homeowners.

Knock & Connect: Canvass neighborhoods, go door-to-door, and build relationships with homeowners.
Inspect & Educate: Identify storm damage and explain the restoration process.
Advocate: Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process from start to finish.
Manage: Oversee projects from the first knock to the final shingle, ensuring 5-star service.
Grow: Build a referral network to keep your pipeline full.
