Required Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Active auto insurance
  • Has reliable transportation for field work
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Able to travel within Houston and surrounding areas for field work
  • Available to work weekends every other weekend
  • Professional appearance/presence
Preferred (but not required) Qualifications:
  • Experience in a customer-facing role engaging directly with homeowners or consumers
  • Compensation expectations align with average first-year earnings of $85,000-$150,000+ (uncapped commission)
