JOB SUMMARY AND QUALIFICATIONS:
The Program Manager provides leadership, oversight, and operational management for the HVRP Program. Working on-site in Knoxville, Tennessee, the Program Manager supervises staff, manages program operations, ensures grant compliance, oversees program effectiveness, and supports expansion activities under the direction of the Director of VOA Work.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in Social Work or related field with three years experience, or seven years relevant experience without a degree.
  • Demonstrated leadership, program management, staff supervision, and grant management experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the HVRP program.
• Ensure program goals, grant deliverables, and service outcomes are achieved.
• Provide staff supervision, leadership, and training.
• Ensure compliance with VOA policies and COA standards.
• Complete required reports and documentation.
• Develop community partnerships and outreach activities.
• Assist with budgets, manuals, policies, and operational planning.
• Perform PQI duties as assigned.
