Overview

Opportunity: Housekeeping Inspector

Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, supplies, and amenities meet HHM and brand standards. Support the housekeeping team by maintaining quality standards, coaching associates, and helping deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Your Growth Path

Housekeeping Supervisor – Assistant Executive Housekeeper – Executive Housekeeper

Your Focus

  • Inspect guest rooms and assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation meet HHM and brand standards.

  • Verify that guest room supplies, amenities, and linens are fully stocked and properly arranged.

  • Coach and support housekeeping associates to ensure work is performed in accordance with established hotel and brand standards, as well as HHM core values.

  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure adequate housekeeping supplies are available.

  • Issue supplies, linens, and equipment to housekeeping associates as needed.

  • Inspect completed work to verify quality, consistency, and compliance with established standards.

  • Perform or assist with cleaning duties when necessary to support operational needs.

  • Report maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate department and follow up as needed.

  • Follow sustainability guidelines and practices in support of HHM's EarthView program.

  • Practice safe work habits, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards.

  • Help ensure overall guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Your Background/Skills

  • High School diploma preferred.

  • Previous housekeeping experience.

  • Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
