Job description

Concord Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Housekeeping Room Inspector to ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, organized, and welcoming. This role supports the housekeeping team in delivering a high-quality guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily room cleaning following Housekeeping Guidelines.
  • Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance needs, and guest satisfaction.
  • Check fixtures, TVs, and HVAC systems for proper operation.
  • Maintain and restock housekeeping carts, linen rooms, and cleaning equipment.
  • Operate laundry equipment and maintain cleanliness in public areas.
  • Log rooms cleaned and communicate room status to Guest Room Supervisor or Front Desk.
  • Provide the highest level of service to all guests and assist team members as needed.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through room cleanliness and attention to guest needs.
  • Perform daily general clean duties and changing of bedspreads, blankets, mattress pads and shower curtains as assigned.
  • Clean, organize, and restock cart at the end of the day (terry, cups, toilet paper, rags, and fill spray bottles)
  • Maintain cart, linen room, and vacuum cleaner cleanliness.
Qualifications
  • Previous housekeeping experience and room inspector preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to support a team while maintaining a professional attitude.
  • Dependable, flexible, and customer-service oriented.
