Job description

Position Title: Housekeeping Manager

Full-Time/Exempt

The Hollywood Roosevelt is looking for a Housekeeping Manager who will support and oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the hotel.

What You’ll Do

As the Housekeeping Manager at The Hollywood Roosevelt, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations and provide leadership, direction, and support to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel. You will supervise guest room, public area, and back-of-house inspections while ensuring all areas meet company, health, and sanitation standards. This role will assist in driving department performance, profitability, and operational efficiency by managing labor, supplies, scheduling, and cost controls. You will partner with the Director of Housekeeping on departmental goals, financial performance, and process improvements while creating a safe, organized, and team-focused work environment. You will also support employee development through training, coaching, recognition, and regular team communication to maintain a culture of excellence.

You are a results-driven hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. You have experience managing housekeeping operations, implementing procedures, controlling expenses, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.
