Job description

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping and ensure that cleanliness and order are maintained throughout our resort. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing housekeeping procedures, and to meeting cleanliness standards and working with the team to ensure harmony and strong work ethics with staff.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in housekeeping
- Strong knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Leadership and supervisory experience
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
**Responsibilities: **
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and protocols
- Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff
- Inspect facilities and ensure cleanliness meets company standards
- Manage ordering housekeeping supplies and inventory
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure cleanliness goals are met
- Address customer complaints and special cleaning requests
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of housekeeping
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
**Salary:**
The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
