Housekeeping Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Nexus of Forest Edge in Chicago, IL. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in our facilities, while also providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks and evaluating performance

  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality

  • Develop and implement housekeeping schedules and procedures to ensure effective use of resources and efficient room turnover

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences
