Job Title: Hotel Housekeeping PT/FT

Job Description:

Join our dynamic and dedicated team at the D.Hotel Suites and Spa, where we believe that exceptional guest experiences begin with clean and well-maintained rooms. We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendants whose primary goal will be to ensure all designated spaces are spotless, well-organized, and up to our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning & Sanitizing: Dust, polish, vacuum, sweep, and mop rooms, hallways, lobbies, and other work areas.
  • Restroom Upkeep: Thoroughly clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, showers, and bathtubs; restock toiletries like soap, toilet paper, and towels.
  • Linen Management: Change bed linens, make beds, and sort, wash, fold, and iron laundry as required.
  • Waste Removal: Empty trash cans, replace liners, and dispose of waste in accordance with recycling and disposal policies.
  • Inventory & Stocking: Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, notifying management when reordering is necessary.
  • Reporting & Maintenance: Promptly report any damages, safety hazards, or maintenance issues (e.g., leaky faucets, broken lights) to the supervisor.
  • Customer Service: Respond politely and efficiently to special requests or complaints from guests or residents.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Housekeeper, Maid, or Janitor is preferred but not required (willing to train the right candidate).
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs., bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for cleanliness and the ability to notice small details that others might miss.
