Now Hiring - Housekeeping Supervisor - Holyoke, MA

Minimum $19.00 to Maximum $25.00

Compensation will be based on, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status and work schedule.

Care One at Holyoke

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible but not limited to:

  1. Day to day coordination and oversight of all aspects of the Housekeeping Staff
  2. Keeping supplies ready by restocking housekeeping supplies; ordering new supplies as needed.
  3. Keeping equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
  4. Maintaining safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with security regulations.
  5. Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  6. Enhancing housekeeping reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum High School Diploma.
  • Minimum five years' experience in working environment.
  • Minimum three years housekeeping experience.
  • Minimum two years supervisory experience.
