Rock Pros USA is opening a brand-new scale house at our Lower Bell crushing operation near Mayer, and we are hiring for a newly created Scale House Clerk position to help launch and support the operation team.
This new facility is expected to begin operations within the next 2-3 weeks. We are looking for someone dependable, organized, and ready to grow with a fast-paced aggregate and quarry operation.
Position Overview: Scale House Clerk

The Scale House Clerk plays a key role in supporting quarry production by managing truck scale operations, processing weight tickets, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with drivers and operations personnel.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the mining, quarry, aggregate, trucking, or construction industries.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Truck Scale & Weigh Operations
  • Weigh inbound and outbound trucks hauling rock and aggregate materials
  • Accurately process scale tickets and weight documentation
  • Enter data into the scale system and maintain organized records
  • Verify load information and support compliance with weight regulations
  • Prepare daily production and transaction reports

Customer Service & Communication
  • Professionally communicate with truck drivers, vendors, and quarry personnel
  • Provide instructions regarding loading and scale procedures
  • Assist with resolving ticketing or weight discrepancies
  • Maintain clear communication with supervisors regarding operational issues

Administrative Support
