  • Strong understanding of recording signal flow, microphones, acoustics, and studio workflows
  • Musical training strongly preferred, especially piano/keyboard proficiency
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently in a fast-paced creative environment
  • Audio engineering background preferred over beat-production-only experience
  • Strong creative instincts with a builder mindset and long-term vision

  • Knowledge of analog and digital recording equipment
  • Experience supporting artist development and songwriting collaboration
  • Familiarity with live sound or performance environments is a plus

  • Full-time preferred; flexible arrangements may be considered

Why Join Summit Music Group

  • Opportunity to help shape the sound and creative culture of an emerging music company
  • Collaborative environment focused on artist growth and high-quality production
  • Ground-floor opportunity with long-term upside potential
