Job description

100% - Campus Technology Support:
  • Provide frontline technical support by triaging and responding to incoming requests via phone, email, in-person, and chat, ensuring prompt and effective assistance.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues across Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows devices, supporting services offered by KU IT and other campus partners.
  • Maintain security and confidentiality by adhering to all federal regulations (including FERPA) and departmental policies related to account and data protection.
  • Document support activities by creating and updating service tickets with clear, detailed notes to ensure accurate tracking and timely resolution.
  • Assist with departmental initiatives, including special projects, administrative reporting, and additional duties assigned by leadership.
  • Support personal and universityprovided devices, delivering highquality technical assistance to enhance the user experience across campus.
