Job Summary: An Entry-Level/Express Technician is responsible for performing basic maintenance and light repairs on vehicles. This role is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring the smooth operation of the service department. The technician will work under the supervision of more experienced technicians and will gradually be trained to take on more complex tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Basic Vehicle Maintenance:

    • Perform oil changes and filter replacements.
    • Check and replace vehicle fluids (coolant, brake fluid, windshield washer fluid, etc.).
    • Rotate and balance tires.
    • Perform battery checks and replacements.
  2. Inspections and Diagnostics:

    • Conduct multipoint inspections to identify potential issues.
    • Use diagnostic tools to read and clear error codes.
  3. Repairs and Adjustments:

    • Replace air filters, cabin filters, and other minor parts.
    • Adjust and replace belts, hoses, and wiper blades.
