Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) Skilled Nursing Facility

We're committed to making sure that each resident receives high-quality, resident-centered care while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

About the Role:

We're seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care and oversee the daily activities of Nursing Assistants. As an LPN or RN at Allure of Moline, you will:

  • Supervise Nursing Assistants and coordinate daily shift activities

  • Facilitate admissions, transfers, and discharges

  • Complete and maintain accurate clinical documentation

  • Receive and transcribe physician orders

  • Administer medications and treatments

  • Provide skilled nursing care (wound care, IV therapy, tube feedings, catheterization)

  • Monitor compliance with infection control and safety protocols

  • Maintain confidentiality of resident information

  • Foster a calm, respectful, and resident-focused environment

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Pay & Incentives:

  • LPN: $33.99 - $35.02 hourly

  • RN: $41.20 - $42.23 hourly

  • Shift Differentials: 2nd shift ($0.75/HR), 3rd shift ($0.50/HR), and weekends ($1.00/HR)

  • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Full-Time, paid over 1 year) or $5,000 (Part-Time, paid over 1 year)

  • Experience-Based Pay: Based on Illinois licensure
