Registered Nurse (RN) Open Shifts;

  • Day Shift: 7:00 A.M - 7:00 P.M

  • Night Shift: 7:00 P.M - 7:00 A.M

Job Summary:

Alpine Healthcare Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team! As a Registered Nurse at Alpine Healthcare Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents while working alongside a supportive, resident-centered leadership team. We are a proud New Hampshire-only provider focused on quality, connection, and community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations

  • Monitor, document, and communicate changes in residents’ conditions

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized care plans

  • Supervise and support LPNs and LNAs to ensure quality resident outcomes

  • Promote a positive, respectful, and safe environment for residents, families, and staff
