Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care Agency (Part‐Time/Contract) Chappell Companion Care is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to serve as our RN Supervisor for a growing non‐medical home care agency in Columbia, SC. This role is essential for completing our Medicaid Provider Enrollment.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete initial assessments and supervisory visits
  • Review care plans and ensure compliance with SC regulations
  • Provide clinical oversight and support to caregivers
