• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify the mental wellness needs of clients, which involves gathering relevant history and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and group therapy approaches, addressing a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship problems.
• Work in collaboration with case managers, psychiatrists, and additional healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive coordinated and cohesive care; this often involves weekly interdisciplinary meetings to discuss client progress and treatment adjustments.
• Deliver crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress, utilizing effective de-escalation techniques and empathetic communication strategies to provide immediate help and develop safety plans.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives, participating in educational programs or workshops designed to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma in the community.

• Possession of an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A strong educational background, including a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients and effectively manage challenges in the therapeutic process.
• Cultural competence, demonstrating sensitivity and awareness of how various factors influence mental health and client interactions.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage documentation efficiently and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Experience in providing therapy within a diverse clinical setting.
• Certification in additional therapeutic modalities or specialties.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
