Assisted Hand Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team. This full-time, remote position will play a vital role in offering comprehensive mental health services through telehealth, focusing primarily on adult populations. The LPC will deliver crisis intervention, perform mental health evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide therapeutic support to enhance the well-being of our clients.

This role is structured around telehealth functionality, allowing you to work remotely from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients using advanced technology. The flexibility of the remote setting not only facilitates a better work-life balance but also enables you to serve clients from diverse backgrounds in McMinnville, Oregon, and beyond. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.

• Actively engage in regular group and individual supervision sessions to support professional development and peer collaboration.
• Coordinate with the Oregon Health Authority to provide crucial enrollment and discharge data for clients involved in problem gambling treatment programs.
• Conduct joint case planning and coordination with an array of community agencies, including educational institutions, group homes, law enforcement, legal entities, health clinics, and human services organizations.
• Deliver educational workshops focused on behavioral health and addiction prevention to community stakeholders and interest groups.
• Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and conferences as directed by management to enhance agency capabilities and client services.
• Develop and maintain a Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement (QA/QI) plan, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of mental health practice.
• Assume additional responsibilities as assigned, contributing to different projects and initiatives as needed.

The LPC will primarily work with adult clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. This role is crucial in supporting the transition of individuals back into their daily lives by providing tailored therapeutic interventions that promote resilience and recovery.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a relevant advanced degree: Doctor of Psychology (PhD or PsyD), Master of Social Work, Master in Professional Counseling, or a Master of Family Therapy from a nationally accredited institution. Furthermore, licensure as a Professional Counselor in the states of Oregon and/or Washington is required, along with a minimum of three years of applicable experience in the mental health field.

While the primary qualifications focus on the educational and licensure requirements, preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated experience in telehealth services, a strong background in crisis intervention, and familiarity with community outreach and collaboration.
