As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with Assisted Hand Medical Group, you will play a pivotal role in delivering mental health services to a diverse adult client population through a telehealth platform. Work Environment

You will utilize advanced telehealth technologies to conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and case management activities. Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate both group and individual supervision sessions to promote professional development and clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with the Oregon Health Authority to provide essential enrollment and discharge data for clients involved in problem gambling treatment.
• Engage in joint case planning and coordination with community agencies, including schools, group homes, law enforcement, and legal entities, to ensure comprehensive behavioral health support.
• Deliver educational programs focusing on behavioral health and addiction prevention to diverse community groups and organizations.
• Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and conferences as directed by administration, effectively integrating new knowledge into agency practices.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement (QA/QI) plan, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the agency’s goals and objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role is to support an adult client population, many of whom may be struggling with complex mental health issues and addictions. Your expertise will be crucial in providing assessments, therapy, and case management that help clients achieve their personal mental health goals. By utilizing a client-centered approach, you will foster trust and empowerment, aiding individuals in navigating their challenges and improving their overall well-being.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must hold a Doctor of Psychology (PhD or PsyD), Master of Social Work, Master’s in Professional Counseling, or a Master’s in Family Therapy from an accredited institution. Candidates should also be eligible for licensure in the state of Oregon and/or Washington and demonstrate a strong foundation in therapeutic practices, assessment techniques, and ethical standards in mental health care.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience is required, with a proven track record of working effectively with adult populations exhibiting a range of mental health challenges. Experience in teletherapy, crisis intervention, and collaborative work with community agencies is highly desirable. Familiarity with behavioral health regulations and best practices will enhance your capacity to contribute to our team's success.

Compensation and Benefits
