This role is primarily remote, allowing flexibility for clinicians to work from the comfort of their homes or any location they choose.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with clients, focusing on a personalized treatment approach.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, ensuring that sessions are scheduled consistently at the same times each week.
  • Maintain accurate client records and treatment plans while adhering to confidentiality and best practices.
  • Participate in regular case discussions with fellow clinicians, sharing insights and strategies to enhance service delivery.
  • Provide ongoing assessment and documentation of client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
  • Engage in continuous professional development by utilizing free access to online Continuing Education Units (CEUs) offered by Renewal Mind Psychotherapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve a diverse population of adolescents and young adults, creating a safe and empathetic environment for them to explore their mental health challenges. With a maximum of eight clients per group, our therapists have the opportunity to build strong, therapeutic relationships, guiding these individuals through their healing journeys.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
  • Active licensure as a mental health professional in the state of Washington (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) is preferred.
  • Availability to commit between 12 and 40 hours per week, dependent on whether you choose a 1099 contract or W2 employee status.
  • Experience or interest in working within telehealth environments is advantageous.
Preferred Experience

Candidates with previous experience in group therapy, adolescent counseling, or trauma-informed care will be highly valued. Knowledge of substance use disorders and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by young adults are also preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a supportive work environment, our benefits package includes access to free CEUs, flexible scheduling, and the possibility to work on either a contract or full-time basis.
