The Job at a Glance

The Manager, OEM Onboarding and Business Operations, works closely with the Technical Service leadership team to ensure that manufacturer programs are implemented successfully by gathering and coordinating data, resources, and information. They will maintain scheduled timelines to keep projects or programs meticulously on schedule and within scope and budget. They will also own the tools and processes that create and maintain department KPI’s, analytics, team member scorecards, and resource planning.  This person will be a consultant to the Technical Service leadership team and strives to ensure the team is working efficiently and department performance results are reported in a timely manner!

A Typical Day

  • Work with manufacturer partners to ensure all prep work is completed to successfully onboard a new program.   
  • Utilize various resource planning tools to staff new programs appropriately and ensure department efficiency going forward. 
  • Ensure all manufacturer dashboards, department year-to-date KPI’s, and team member scorecards are updated and distributed in a timely manner. 
  • Partner with Technical Service leadership to help oversee the planning and execution of team restructures to ensure appropriate staffing and the success of future innovation projects.
  • Coordinate all virtual and in-house partnership meetings that are required leading up to the program go live date.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports while ensuring standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.

The salary range for this role is $72,176.41 - $97,404.74 annually which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
