How you create impact

Ownership and delivery of Operations Optimization projects and initiatives within the country, including:

  • Validating solutions through close collaboration with Operations Managers (CCL, OCC, RCC), ensuring practical applicability and frontline adoption
  • Leading end-to-end implementation and driving sustained success of operational improvements, including system utilization (e.g., eTouch)
  • Acting as the key interface between MA-OM, MA-IS, and the country organization, supporting testing, deployment, and issue resolution
  • Continuously improving and standardizing operational processes in collaboration with KNGS to enhance efficiency, consistency, and performance
What we would like you to bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Product Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of Air Logistics / Air Freight operations experience with strong knowledge of end-to-end processes
  • Proven expertise in project management, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of Air Logistics services, carrier networks, and supplier relationships
  • Advanced proficiency in KN Air Logistics systems (e.g., SALOG, BPA, CareLOG)
  • Experience driving process improvements with a structured, solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels
  • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives in both direct and virtual team environments
  • Experience managing cross-functional and international projects preferred
  • Change-oriented mindset with the confidence to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on performance, quality, and results
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
