Job description

PuroClean of San Rafael is seeking a Restoration Technician to support property restoration efforts and help customers recover after damage.

Position Summary

As a Restoration Technician, you will assist with evaluating damage, performing restoration tasks, and helping ensure properties are returned to safe, usable condition. You will work closely with a team to follow established procedures, maintain a clean and secure worksite, and communicate progress as projects move through different phases.

This onsite role in San Rafael, CA is full-time and best suited for someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform restoration activities, including setup and support tasks to prepare damaged areas for remediation

  • Help coordinate jobsite readiness by maintaining equipment, staging materials, and ensuring work areas are secure

  • Follow safety protocols and established procedures to reduce risk to people, property, and the environment

  • Assist with basic documentation of work performed and support team updates on project status

  • Maintain a professional, customer-focused presence while working in occupied and/or sensitive environments

Required Qualifications
  • Ability to work onsite full-time in San Rafael, CA

  • Strong commitment to safety and the ability to follow written and verbal procedures

  • Willingness to learn restoration processes and apply them consistently

  • Ability to perform hands-on restoration work, including lifting and moving materials as needed
