* Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Influence outcomes without direct authority and build strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
* Ensure programs deliver measurable business value, organizational adoption, and sustainable results
* Provide leadership and guidance to project managers, business teams, and functional leaders throughout the transformation lifecycle
REQUIREMENTS:

* Demonstrated success leading strategic programs within complex, matrixed organizations
* Strong executive communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and key decision-makers
* Experience managing enterprise-wide initiatives involving multiple business functions, technology teams, and external partners
* Proven ability to drive organizational change and achieve business outcomes in environments with significant ambiguity
* Strong understanding of program governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and delivery methodologies
* Exceptional leadership, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
* Track record of delivering results and creating immediate business impact
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience within hospitality, travel, consumer-facing, or other large enterprise organizations
* Background supporting digital transformation, business transformation, data initiatives, operational excellence, or technology modernization programs
* Experience working with Agile, hybrid, or traditional program delivery approaches
