Role and Responsibilities

This role focuses on developing and executing product marketing strategies in Plano, Texas. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market plans, optimize product positioning, and achieve business KPIs such as revenue, market share, and profitability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for HA products, including pricing, distribution, and promotional plans.

  • Collaborate with sales and supply chain teams to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory alignment.

  • Equip sales teams with product positioning and competitive analysis to support customer engagement.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive initiatives, and consumer preferences to inform product strategy.

  • Support new product launches by coordinating cross-functional efforts for smooth execution.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

  • 6-10 years of experience in product marketing or brand management.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting and market analysis.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Skills and Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree in marketing or business.

  • Experience in the home appliances or consumer electronics industry.

  • Familiarity with SAP ERP or similar business systems.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-level engagement.
