As an Associate Early Learning Teacher, you'll have the chance to:

What You'll Do:
  • Create a positive classroom culture: Ensure your classroom is a welcoming, fun, and safe place for kids to learn and grow.
  • Foster meaningful connections: Build strong, caring relationships with children, families, and staff members.
  • Encourage curiosity and exploration: Plan and lead creative, hands-on activities that stimulate children's development and support their unique learning styles.
  • Support each child's development: Help kids build essential skills like problem-solving, communication, and emotional regulation in a supportive, structured environment.
  • Promote a healthy, balanced environment: Uphold the YMCA's core values of Caring, Respect, Honesty, and Responsibility in all aspects of your work.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must meet the qualification standards set by the State of NH Childcare Licensing (this typically includes background checks and appropriate education/experience).
