WHAT YOU'LLDO

The Guest Services Attendant serves as a welcoming ambassador for all arriving anddepartingguests, creating a strong and lasting first impression of the hotel. This role recognizes VIP and returning guests,assistswith vehicle parking, luggage handling, and guest transportation, and ensures seamless delivery of luggage, packages, and messages to and from guest rooms.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their rooms, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience

  • Deliver luggage to guest rooms atcheckinand retrieve luggage upon departure, transporting items to storage areas or the front drive as needed

  • Maintainaccuraterecords of all luggage deliveries andpickups

  • Acknowledge and greet all guests passing through the lobby, proactivelyoffering assistance

  • Handle all guest interactions with professionalism and genuine hospitality, responding to inquiriesregardinghotel services, hours of operation, events, directions, and key personnel

  • Accommodate special requests whenever possible andassistin resolving guest concerns to ensure satisfaction

  • Perform guest and hotel errands, includingoffpropertytravel whenrequired

  • Provide safe, comfortable transportation for guests using hotel vehicles

  • Ensure assigned vehicle is clean, in good working condition, and fully stocked with required amenities such as bottled water

  • Successful candidate mustpossesslegal work authorization in United States

  • The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours adayand scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability isrequired.

  • Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card

  • Hawaii Driver'sLicense andAbstractisrequiredfor this role

  • Ability to stand for extended periods,lift upto100lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
