Job description

Job Title: Hourly Manager aka Associate Team Leader Department: OperationsReports to: Managing Partner, Area DirectorPosition Summary: The Hourly Manager's primary duty is the management of the restaurant location to which that manager is assigned, with a particular emphasis on the management and oversight of that location's Team Members. They customarily and regularly participate with the Managing Partner in directing the work of the team of their restaurant location, which typically consists of 40 or more full-time Team Members. They are expected to work on their feet a minimum of 8 hours per shift and should be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
