Position Summary
Helpstudents. Build your skills. Make an impact.
Looking fora rewarding on-campus job where you can help fellow students while gainingvaluable professional experience? Join the Enrollment Management Services teamas a Enrollment Services Student Success Peer Coach.
In thisrole, you'll welcome students, answer questions, provide new student onboardingsupport, and help connect students with campus resources. You'll also assistwith admissions, registration, financial aid, and other enrollment serviceswhile developing leadership, communication, customer service, and officeskills.
No priorexperience required. Training will be provided.
WhatYou'll Do
  • Welcome and assist students, families, and campus visitors.
  • Answer questions and connect students with helpful campus resources.
  • Provide peer-to-peer support and encouragement to newly admitted students.
  • Assist with admissions, financial aid, and enrollment-related processes.
  • Answer phones and respond to general inquiries.
  • Scan, organize, and maintain student records while protecting confidentiality.
  • Support daily office operations and work collaboratively with staff.
