Drywall Specialist – Lead High-Detail Service Calls and Precision Finishing Job Overview

  • Salary/Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour plus Year-End Bonus

  • Location: Reisterstown, MD

  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday.

The Opportunity

You will act as the face of the company for critical service calls, specialized point-up tasks, and high-end finishing projects. This role is designed for a meticulous craftsman who takes pride in delivering invisible repairs and maintaining a pristine environment within customer homes.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Execute precision drywall hanging and finishing to ensure seamless transitions on all service and repair projects.

  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by implementing strict dust remediation and job site protection protocols.

  • Identify and correct minor imperfections with a fine eye for detail to meet premium quality standards.

  • Utilize stilts and scaffolding safely to reach elevated surfaces while performing expert-level point-up work.

  • Manage daily travel to various job sites and residential homes using your own reliable transportation and tools.

  • Coordinate effectively with homeowners and field operations to ensure service calls are completed efficiently.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in drywall hanging, finishing, and point-up work.

  • Must possess a full set of personal hand tools and reliable transportation for daily travel.

  • Demonstrated ability to use stilts and work comfortably from scaffolding at various heights.

  • Proven track record of being detail-oriented with a focus on neatness and residential "white glove" service.

  • Physical capability to perform repetitive finishing tasks and handle dust remediation equipment.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is highly preferred to assist with diverse team and client communication.

  • Previous experience specifically in residential service calls or high-end remodeling environments.
