About the Role:

Our Processing Team is growing, and we're looking
for enthusiastic individuals to join a fast paced, hands
on environment. We are seeking candidates with experience in processing or
distribution environments, such as banking or the USPS, who are comfortable
sorting, opening, batching, and scanning checks, about 100 per day. Attention
to detail and efficiency are key. If you enjoy teamwork, thrive on staying
organized, and take pride in keeping processes running smoothly, this is the role
for you!

What You'll Do:

  • Process high volumes of financial documents in a structured
    production environment.
  • Manage the high-volume processing of several USPS trays
    daily, accurately sorting, opening, batching, and scanning about 500 invoices
    per day.
  • Process approximately 100 checks per day, including sorting,
    opening, batching, and scanning with a high level of accuracy and
    efficiency.
  • Process PDF and return correspondence scans to clients.
  • Perform data entry and reviews to ensure information is
    recorded and organized correctly.

Who You Are:

  • High School Diploma, or GED
  • Prior data entry experience with keystrokes of at least
    10,000 per hour
  • Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety
    of concrete variables in situations where only limited
    standardization exists

Helpful to have:

  • Ability to use a PDF scanner
