Electrical/PLC troubleshooting is a plus, but the core need is strong mechanical skill and safe, reliable repair work.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair ready-mix plant equipment and associated machinery to support safe, reliable operations.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform corrective repairs to restore production safely and efficiently.

  • Welding experience required; electrical troubleshooting experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong follow-through
  • Safety-minded, detail-oriented, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with plant teams and maintenance teammates

Preferred: Ready-mix/aggregate industry experience and/or automation exposure
