Job description

Dispatcher/Driver Supervisor(CDL Drivers) : 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM DAYS! Thursday thru Saturday, every other Wednesday! Transervice Logistics awarded Winner of 2025Best Places to Work. Transervice Named Top Cold Storage Provider Award by Food Logistics
The primary responsibilities of this role will be to lead, manage and develop relationships with CDL A drivers and increase overall driver satisfaction to improve safety and driver retention. This position will work closely with other departments to meet customer, driver, and company objectives and safety initiatives.
  • Will manage a staff of DOT CDL A drivers to ensure high delivery of customer service and fleet profitability
  • Responsible for daily planning of equipment and drivers while ensuring high utilization
  • Ensure safety procedures are followed
  • Provide support for management personnel
  • Will work 12 hour shifts 4/3 schedule. Must be willing to work nights.
  • Schedule is Thursday thru Saturday and every other Wednesday
  • 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM
