Their main role is to help customers navigate digital platforms, troubleshoot issues, and promote the use of digital solutions. They may also train staff or customers on new technologies and provide feedback to improve digital offerings. Typically paid hourly, these ambassadors serve as a bridge between traditional customer service and digital engagement. This position requires strong communication skills, tech-savviness, and a customer-focused attitude.
