Job description

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based (In-Person)
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $45.00 – $48.00 per hour
Location:  Katy, TX
Onsite – In Person Only

Position Summary
RCM Health Care Services is seeking Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide in-person, school-based speech services to students in the Katy, TX area for the 2026–2027 school year. In this role, you will assess, evaluate, and treat communication disorders while collaborating with educators and families to support student success within the educational setting.

Responsibilities
Schedule / Shift
  • School-year schedule aligned with academic calendar (2026–2027)
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available
  • In-person services only
Key Duties:
  • Provide speech, language, and hearing services to students in accordance with IEPs
  • Conduct evaluations and determine eligibility for speech-language services
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Participate in ARD/IEP meetings to support placement and goal development
  • Collaborate with teachers to implement classroom strategies that enhance communication skills
  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports in compliance with federal and state regulations

Requirements
Education
  • Required: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Licenses & Certifications
  • Required: Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license (SBESLPA)
Skills:
  • Knowledge of evaluation and treatment of communication disorders
  • Ability to administer and interpret speech-language assessments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with school staff and families
  • Strong organizational and caseload management skills
