Job description

Premium Entertainment Studio is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CRM Analyst to support subscriber growth, engagement, and retention through data-driven lifecycle marketing. This role will focus on campaign analysis, execution support, audience targeting, and promotional performance across CRM channels. The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of technical, analytical, and operational skills, with the ability to work hands‐on in marketing platforms while translating performance data into actionable recommendations. Key Responsibilities Partner with external agencies and internal stakeholders to build and launch CRM campaigns within marketing automation platforms, including audience segmentation, content setup, and delivery logic. Use working knowledge of HTML and CSS to troubleshoot and edit email templates, ensuring consistent rendering across devices, inboxes, and platforms. QA CRM campaigns across channels to confirm audience accuracy, creative execution, links, offer copy, and personalization before deployment. Analyze campaign performance across email, push, in-app messaging, and SMS, delivering actionable insights to improve engagement, conversion, and retention. Monitor and report on promotional offer performance across lifecycle stages including acquisition, winback, retention, and upsell. Collaborate on segmentation strategies that enable personalized customer journeys and more effective promotional targeting. Evaluate A/B and multivariate tests to assess offer performance, customer responsiveness, and optimization opportunities. Partner with Product and Engineering teams to support targeting logic, campaign setup, and data flow integrity across systems and platforms. Help identify behavioral triggers, audience cohorts, and customer patterns that inform new promotional tactics and lifecycle communications. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in CRM, marketing analytics, or customer insights, ideally within subscription-based, streaming, media, or direct-to-consumer environments. Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email production and troubleshooting. Meticulous attention to detail, with experience QAing campaigns across devices and platforms. Hands‐on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Leanplum, CleverTap, or similar tools. Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker is preferred. Ability to work with large datasets and translate complex findings into clear, strategic recommendations. Experience with offer strategy, testing frameworks, and performance evaluation is a strong plus. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, along with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
