CNA Job Summary:

We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Pawling team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our residents, supporting their daily needs, and assisting the nursing team in maintaining high standards of care.

CNA Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate care to residents as directed by nursing staff

  • Assist residents with bathing, hygiene, dressing, and other ADLs (activities of daily living)

  • Serve meals, feed residents when needed, and monitor food and fluid intake

  • Observe and report any changes in residents' condition to the nurse

  • Transport residents safely within the facility

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

CNA Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a CNA program

  • Current State CNA Certification in good standing

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

  • Must meet Department of Health requirements
