About the Role
We're looking for a dependable and safety-focused Support Operator to join our production team. • Read production schedules and order packs; prepare necessary materials and equipment ahead of runs to minimize downtime.
  • Perform secondary operations such as trimming, cleaning, labeling, and finishing of products.
  • Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks; take corrective actions when needed.
  • Record, maintain, and report accurate production data and documentation.
  • Operate Powered Motor Vehicles (PMVs) safely to move materials or finished goods.
  • Transfer products to the next manufacturing process, warehouse, or shipping area in a timely manner.
  • Support activities to minimize downtime and improve product quality and process efficiency.
  • Perform minor maintenance on tools and equipment as needed.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S standards.
  • Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and emergency procedures.
  • Participate in training, retraining, and cross-functional team activities as required.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and support a culture of respect, collaboration, and accountability.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and follow SDS sheets, SOPs, Work Instructions (WIs), and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).
  • Working knowledge of measuring equipment such as tape measures and micrometers.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting ability.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Computer literate and able to complete basic data entry.
  • Physically able to perform essential production tasks.
  • Commitment to safety and the company's "Injury Free Concept."
