Flight Coordinator - Join a Team That Keeps Flights Moving
Position Summary
As a Flight Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our daily operation-making sure every aircraft departs with the right meals, equipment, and service items. You'll work closely with production teams, dispatch, and airline partners to keep things running smoothly, solve problems on the fly, and help deliver an exceptional experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily catering orders and service requirements for assigned airline partners, ensuring every detail is on point.
  • Share real-time updates on delays, changes, or special requests with internal teams and airline representatives.
  • Verify catering loads, equipment lists, and meal counts before flights are cleared for departure.
  • Monitor production and assembly progress to support on-time delivery to aircraft.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for flights, changes, and operational adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the food production and warehouse teams to ensure all items are prepared, loaded, and dispatched on schedule for timely delivery.
  • Partner with transportation and dispatch teams to support efficient routing and timely aircraft service.
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly and professionally to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications
  • Experience in airline operations, logistics, catering, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Comfortable using computers, scheduling tools, and operational software (training provided).
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays based on flight schedules.
  • Ability to work in both Cold/Hot work environments
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 30lbs
  • Ability to bend/kneel and be on your feet for 8+ hrs a day
  • Active driver's license is REQUIRED.
  • Ability to pass both state and federal background check for airport badge
