Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxurious hotel spa. The ideal candidate will be passionate about wellness and committed to providing exceptional guest experiences. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
o Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient running.
o Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
o Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the spa.
o Monitor inventory levels of products and supplies, and place orders as needed.
o Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Financial Management:
o Develop and manage the spa's budget, including revenue and expense tracking.
o Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
o Implement strategies to maximize profitability and minimize operational costs.
Guest Experience:
o Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
o Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
