We are a 31 room boutique hotel seeking an energetic and dynamic General Hotel Manager to lead our hospitality team with passion and precision. Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue management opportunities while maintaining high-quality guest services.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures to meet or exceed financial targets.
  • Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives.
