Quality Control Inspector
Location: Pearland, TX 77581
Schedule: 7am to 5pnm
Hourly Rate: $16-$19 per hour DOE
Employment Type: Contract/Full-time
About the Role:
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Quality Control Inspector for our partner, a leading distributor of pipes, fittings, valves, and flanges (PVF). This position requires hands-on experience inspecting pipes and other PVF products.
PVF Quality Control Inspector Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough inspections on inbound and outbound pipes and PVF products to ensure they meet technical specifications.
  • Utilize calipers, micrometers, tape measures, height gauges, and NPT threaded gauges for precision inspections.
  • Implement and refine quality control procedures to maintain and enhance quality standards.
  • Conduct routine visual inspections to identify defects or non-conformance issues.
  • Accurately record inspection results and maintain data records.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
PVF Quality Control Inspector Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum of two years of experience in quality control, specifically inspecting pipes and PVF materials.
  • Forklift operation experience is a plus.
  • Ability to interpret product specifications and perform accurate measurements.
  • Basic math skills to calculate measurements and tolerances.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with SharePoint is a bonus.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on precision and accuracy.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills to document findings and collaborate with the team.
Physical Requirements
  • Regularly required to use hands to handle, measure, or inspect materials.
