JP Hospitality is searching for a General Manager for Springhill Suites by Marriott Richmond North/Glen Allen. General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel’s operations, including guest services, staff management, financial performance, and ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality. Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

-Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest services.

Guest Experience:

- Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction by addressing and resolving guest concerns promptly.

- Foster a culture of hospitality and excellence among staff.

- Implement and monitor guest feedback systems to continuously improve service.

Financial Management:

- Prepare and manage the hotel’s budget, controlling expenses and maximizing revenue.

- Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve profitability.

Staff Management:
